About Us
The
agency was established on September 25, 1961 by Norman Shadduck Sr. For
most of our 49 year history, we have been located on the East Side of
Binghamton. The purchase of our current building at 32 Broad Ave shows
our commitment to the East Side, the City of Binghamton, and
surrounding communities.
Sons Norm, Mark & Dave followed
founder Norm Sr. in the business and purchased the agency in 1988. In
addition Linda Callahan assists in the agency as an Agent and Account
Executive. In late 2009, the 3rd generation of the family, Mark’s Son,
Christopher Shadduck joined our agency as a Producer/Account Executive.
We offer property and casualty insurance (auto, home, business)
and life insurance for individuals and businesses. In 1998, to
strengthen our position with our companies and provide more choices for
our clients, we partnered with three local agencies to form a cluster
group.
We are members of the Independent Insurance Agents and
Brokers Association of America and Trusted Choice. We continually
strive to provide excellent local personal service with the best
possible companies and coverage to protect our growing list of clients.
